Ketogenic Diet Shopping List
The ketogenic diet is a high fat, moderate protein, low carbohydrate diet. Basically, eat less sugary and starchy foods. And eat more green leafy vegetables, meats, and healthy fats.
The most common questions I hear from new keto-ers is:
What do I eat?
When you are just starting out, it’s hard to know exactly what food to buy and why. And I get it. After years of eating a standard American diet, its hard to image a meal plan that doesn’t revolve around, cereal, sandwiches, and pasta.
The best way to prepare for starting the Keto diet is learning what foods you should enjoy and those you should limit.
