Ingredients in Keto Everything Bagel Fat Bombs

I love these fat bombs for many reasons — and one of the reasons is that they only require 3 ingredients.

If you haven’t had Everything Seasoning yet, you’re in for a treat.  It’s a delicious spice blend that is a fantastic accompaniment to a variety of foods.  I especially like it on eggs or sliced avocado!

You can buy at Trader Joes, online, or even make it at home.  Here are the ingredients, in case you’re curious: sesame seeds, sea salt flakes, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds.

How to Make Keto Everything Bagel Fat Bombs

Making these fat bombs couldn’t be easier.  All you need is a small mixing bowl, a spatula, and five minutes of your attention.

First, make sure that your cream cheese is at room temperature.  This will make the fat bombs so much easier to mix.

Then, add the cheddar cheese and stir to combine.  Portion the mixture into 2 tablespoon size balls, and put them in the fridge for a bit to firm up.

After they’ve chilled, roll them in the Everything seasoning to coat.  Ta-da, you’re done!

Storing Fat Bombs

You can store these Everything Bagel fat bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. Alternatively, you can freeze them in an airtight container and they will remain fresh for 2-3 months.

If you decide to freeze them, you’ll want to thaw them at room temperature before enjoying.
