11+ Best Keto Desserts to Buy

Just because you are on the keto diet, doesn’t mean you have to give up all desserts!  I have found that having a few keto-friendly desserts on hand can help me stay on track.  I don’t need to “cheat” if I have some keto dessert options in the pantry!  In this list, I’ve gathered up the most recommended keto ice creams, keto chocolate, keto cookies, and keto candy.

Feel like indulging your sweet tooth?  I’ve rounded up a bunch of keto-friendly store-bought desserts.  You may be able to find these items in your local grocery store or health-food store.  But if not, I’ve included a link so that you can buy them online. Here are some great suggestions, all under 4 grams of carbs per serving.

1. Keto Ice Cream

Enlightened Ice Cream

Enlightened Ice Cream calls themselves the “good for you” ice cream, and it’s not hard to see why.  Most of their flavors are high in protein, low in fat, low in sugar, and high in fiber.  It is sweetened with erythritol, which is a natural sugar-alcohol sweetener

Net Carbs: 3 grams

Comments: People rave about Enlightened’s great flavors and superior texture — just make sure to let it sit about 10 minutes to soften up before digging in.

Halo Top Ice Cream

Halo Top is another low-carb ice cream with a cult-like following.  Their ice cream is low sugar, low carb, and low fat.  Halo Top uses organic stevia and erythritol as sweeteners.  Some flavors of Halo Top are higher in carbs than others, so you’ll want to check the label before deciding on a flavor.

Net Carbs: 4 grams

Comments: Halo Top has over 25 flavors and some Dairy-Free options.  Like other low-sugar ice creams, Halo Top freezes harder than real ice cream.  So, just let it sit out on the counter for a bit before eating.

2. Keto Chocolate

Lily’s Chocolate

Lily’s chocolate is rich, stevia-sweetened extra dark chocolate. It tastes indulgent but has no added sugar and just 4 grams of carbs per half of a bar.  It’s vegan too!

Net Carbs: 4 grams

Comments: I love Lily’s chocolate for its rich chocolate flavor and smooth texture.  Lily’s chocolate is sweetened with natural stevia and erythritol, which don’t cause digestive upset like maltitol.

Choczero Keto Bark

This dark chocolate bark is sweetened exclusively with monk fruit.  Choc Zero bark uses no sugar alcohols and no artificial sweeteners.  It comes is a few different flavors, including peanut, almond, and hazelnut.

Net Carbs: 2 grams

Comments: People love that this keto chocolate is sweet, but isn’t full of weird sugar substitutes. Keto bark tastes so good, is full of fiber, and has the perfect amount of crunch and sweetness.

Ketomanna Keto Fudge

Keto Fudge comes in single-serve packets that are perfect for snacking on-the-go.  If you’ve ever found it challenging to find keto-friendly snack options while out and about, you might try keeping some of this Keto Fudge in your bag!

Net Carbs: 3 grams

Comments: One of the cool things about Ketomanna Keto Fudge is that it’s made with MCT oil — or Medium-chain triglyceride oil.  MCT oil is great because it’s an easily digested fat that boosts energy levels, promotes a feeling of fullness, and may even help you lose weight.

Keto Hot Cocoa

What can beat a steamy cup of hot cocoa on a chilly evening? This Keto Cocoa is a rich and delicious hot chocolate drink mix that you make by adding hot water.  How easy is that?

Net Carbs: 3 grams

3. Keto Cookies

Quest Protein Cookies

Quest Protein Cookies are soft, sweet and chewy.  They are pre-portioned and super portable — so they make a great as on-the-go snack.  There are a few flavors, each with a different number of net carbs.  As far as I’ve seen, the Chocolate Chip flavor has the least number of net carbs, at 4 grams.

Net Carbs: 4 grams

Comments: People say these cookies are larger in size than expected, but some people felt they had a bit of an aftertaste.  If you like Quest Bars, you’ll probably like these Quest Cookies.

Fat Snax Cookies

I like Fat Snax cookies because they are made with real ingredients like coconut flour, butter, and almond flour. Many people love the Chocolate Chip flavor, and the Ginger cookie is a close second.

Net Carbs: 1-2 grams, depending on variety.

Comments: Do note that while each package contains two cookies, the serving size is one cookie.

Peanut Butter Cookies by Nui

Here’s another keto protein cookie to try.  Nui cookies are made with coconut flour, almond flour, grass-fed butter, coconut oil, and MCT oil.  They are sweetened with an erythritol and monk fruit blend.

Net Carbs: 4 grams

Comments: Reviewers say these cookies have a great taste and a chewy texture — but can be a bit “delicate” or crumbly.

4. Keto Candy

Tom and Jenny’s Caramels

I love caramels, so I was excited to find this keto candy option made from plant-based sugar alcohols, including maltitol and non-gmo xylitol. Each caramel has just 2.5 grams of net carbs and 20 calories.

Net Carbs: 2.5 grams

Comments: People rave that these caramels are some of the best tasting sugar-free candies they’ve had. They’re soft and chewy, but won’t stick to your teeth.  If you’re one of those people who are sensitive to maltitol, though, make sure not to over-indulge.
